Types of Wargames senario

This are some of the current wargames played over the world.

1. Capture the Flag
The classic for airsoft and paintball wars alike. There are two flags and two teams in this game. Each team has a base and tries to protect its flag, while organizing to capture the other team's flag. The object is to get the other teams flag back to your base, without getting shot. There are two styles of play, one rule is that when the flag carrier gets shot the flag automatically returns to base, and in the other scenario when the flag carrier is shot, another team member can pick up the flag and continue on.

2. Capture the Flag - with Only One Flag
This variant of capture the flag has two teams and two bases, but only one flag in the center of play. The first team to grab the flag and return to their base is the winner.

3. Assassination
This game is for just a few number of players. Two or more players are the assassins and must kill the other player(s) and get back to their insertion point before the time limit is reached to win.

4. Last Man Standing
This game is usually played with manual spring air pistols. The game is every man for himself, and the object is to shoot all of your opponents. Once shot, you must exit the playing field until only one member is left, declaring himself the winner.

5. Clearing House (SWAT style anti-terrorist)
Using a building that has been rigged with terrorist targets and friendly targets, a team must move through the building and kill all the terrorists without killing the innocents.

6. Terrorist Elimination
Like the Clearing house, but with live players as the terrorists. In this game, a team will be designated as the terrorists, and will have buildings to hold up in, and the other team must move through and eliminate all of the terrorists.

7. King of the Hill
Utilizing a heavily fortified hill, two teams should split up, and maybe only 20-30% of the players be housed in the fortified area. The other team of 70-80% of the players must march up and take the hill. At the end of the time limit, if the small team retains the hill, they win, but if the challengers take the hill, then they win.

I was reminded that last year it was only mother and me who made preparations for Deepavali, this was because dad was in the hospital at that time and it was down to me to play the role of the family head. its was not a very memorable moment but it was still something i have at the back of my head.

This year, we are making a different, when dad decided to make the festival of light bigger then before. this means an open house after the annual prayers for our ancestors. We will be sharing the joy of life with family and friends, and giving thanks to the heavens above for giving us light to move forward.

I was looking for some Deepavali music on YouTube, because I'm not really a big fan of the Indian/Tamil songs as I'm not familiar to my native language. i found this very heart felt clip.

and I want to share this clip with all of you and i hope this inspires you to spread your wings and fly.



The clips starts with the young father, under-educated, very Little opportunity, but very optimistic, You can see that from the constant times he work overtime to give the best he can for his son. Even when society or life do not give it to him, he finds other ways for his love ones, his son. ( Boss, if I make more money, I will buy him more books ) reminds you of parents pushing us to get study right.

Its still up to us, our passion, our desire, our dedication and our love for what we want. like the son who is now a man, he got to live his dream, with his fathers sacrifice.

You parents may not buy you a plane, but they can buy you books.
You parents may not be able to make you fly, but they can give you wings.

Use your wings, and remember the ones that gave them to you.

WAR GAMES!

ever remember the time when you where younger and you imagine yourself to be part of a commando / swat team, being a hero and saving the innocence and destroying evil.

You may also recall some of the item's or toys you may have use in this role play like, cherygun, rubber ban gun, using straw to shot pea, sling shots, paper lastick, and many more. i know it bring back memories, but I'm sure you will not be able to see yourself using or playing this games anymore.... or will you??

WAR GAMES that have some sort of role play using combat skills as a team and as a individual. today there are two very popular medium in which teens and adults enjoy and they are called Paint Balls and Airsoft Guns.

Paint Balls are mainly know as a game that uses CO2 gas powered guns with paint bullets. Airsoft Guns are real life replicas or many popular guns that shots BB bullets (Ball Bullets/ Baby Bullet) powered by either spring (manual and electric) and Gas (CO2).

this Holiday,
I tot of having a small trip for my coaches for a awesome year of coaching every weekend. I personally know that it takes alot out of a person to give your Sundays to work/coach for 10 Weeks. even more to young adults like my coaches. for that i plan to bring them out for a stress free day at the waterfalls.

In life, challenges always find away to come your way. They know not of when to rest... for that we also stay flexible. some of the challenges that we face were, not all coaches were free, so there was only 4 of us that was available, but 4 was good also. then we have someone canceling at the last min. well 3 is still good. but the most stress full part was, when the weather did not turn up right too. it was raining all the way. hehe.

Anyways, what is 3 guys going to do when they have food ready for a great picnic but stuck at home??? the answer is ....

IAG Aug 2009 (3days Workshop) Success!!!

I Am Gifted So Are You! (IAG) Aug 2009, A wonderful time this Aug09. After SK, we head to IAG, were i got the chance to be the PD/Trainner.
For this IAG, We have 3days, Workshop stlye to make a difference. No dount that this will be a challange for not only me but also to the coaches but the outcome was a success

Thanks to all the coaches for making this workshop a reality, also to the opps (carol & Queenie) and also the trainners (Woei Tang & Danny). This IAG is Awesome because of you. =)

PS- and also achiving our coaches goal to reach the 100 mark for (running around N####) joke.

SCP Jun-Aug 2009

OMG, Jun-Aug pass by so fast. From the 1st lesson to now the 10Th, i really miss this group of people..... I was so focus on the morning class i forgot to ask them for a Class Picture... AH!!!! Lucky i got the Evening class to take a nice picture with me. hehe.

Struggling Against Failure

We all face this in our lifetime, whether its big or small, memorable or not, we will face it.
and at times this may force us to feel low, sad and grief, its not the end... its the beginning.

failure is always nearby, and below is a video that shows how a young boy face failure in a race.



running as fast as he can, he was in the lead when he trip, there he know is will fall behind but he had a choice to stay of continue the race. he got up and knowing that he must pick up speed, his mind travel faster then his legs did, and after a few steps he fell again. this time his body feels so heavy to stand, feeling the shame of tripping again. this time a choice knock on his door , to stay safe or to keep going on? he stood up and again he ran so fast that sad to say, he trip yet again. 3times fallen is just to many for one, he think of now that he does not want to run. in his heart a voice echos, get-up and win your place, and for some reason, the boy says if i run i will not win the race, but if i stay i will never finish the race. for that the boy got up, and even knowing that he is not in 1st place, he keep running with faith that he will finish this race. at the end he did, even at last place, the crowd Cheer him on like he won the race.

the winner is not who got 1st place, but its the person that gets up every time to finish their race.

Lets Go MaMak 2!!!

On July 3rd, both me and Soya when on a bike trip to KL-Pac in Sentul. Wow that is a nice place for any event, (wedding , shows, group gathering & etc)

Well, back to the story, that night we were going to enjoy a live performance from our very own local musical artist. The nights event is called "Lets Go Mamak 2" well since this is their 2nd show after a awesome one last year.

Its called "lets go Mamak" because at the mamak stall where we Malaysian love to have supper at, is a place where you don't only enjoy a good meal, but enjoy the company of a wide array of different culture. something i believe to be our way of 1-Malaysia.
This concept has be made into a musical note, and combining Jazz + (Indian + Chinese + Malay) traditional instrument to create a harmony tune that was just Awesome.
One of the many stars of the night, was Daniel. awesome bass player.

The weather was great, the music was great, the company was great, all this made for a ..... GREAT night. Thank you SOYA to opening my eyes and ears to the wonders around us. =)

1st Penang SLP 2009

This is a group i will never forget, my 1st ever SLP class in Penang. a mix of SK and IAG students that are funny creative and super intelligent. for those that will be sitting for your UPSR, PMR and SPM exams soon, GOOD LUCK and Stay focus on your outcome!!!

You are miss, but never forgotten.

Award-winning director Yasmin Ahmad, has made many great movies and countless advertisements that has made us all tear.

She will be missed, but never forgotten for the master piece she have have created will continue to inspire other proud Malaysians to reach for the sky. I know, because its from her short clips that reminds me to be a better person, not only for self, but also for family and friends.

Rest in Peace.

Old Friends

a few nights ago, I got a call from an old friend from Primary school...
we set a time to meet for a drink... We got together and at the last minute, we got another friend out too.

Once, 2 Chinese and an Indian boy use to ride motor, play games, look at girls... Now meet as 3 grown man still friends. This is really something money can never buy.

i myself had not much information, so i did what was fastest.... "google it"

Updates from My Birthday.

Part two, of my Birthday experience...

From the Airport in Penang, i got myself into a Airport Limo that cost (RM38).
It was a 30min trip to YMCA, WOW, the driver has some funny ideas about Indian & Chinese... and his sharing this with me... ( I'm part of both!!! ) haha.

I got to the class, and SLP was Awesome!!!
here is why,
- Parents was kind to share details on how we can make the programme better.
- the Students keep participating, with super high-level energy (Even after a long day at School)
- The fact that the class has 10yrs old - 17yrs people, they still mix around.
- Some traveled from Kedah all the way to class.

After class, they gave me a surprise.. what was it, A CAKE!!!!!
OMG! Thanks too Maryam and her Family, they bake a cake in their own bakery just for me...
Super BIG, and that was good, coz we share with all the parents and the class.

Happy Birthday to ME!!!

Last night was totally awesome, WHY?
We had the chance to celebrate a double Bday at home.
Its been some time, since i saw dad in a playful mood like yesterday night.

This morning, me and Soya open our eyes at 5am. got ready and made our way to KL Central.
I was suppose to get on the 6am coach to LCCT, but there were non at sight. so i waited, and waited till it was 6.45am then the coach decides to move.... HOW CAN!!!!

I got to LCCT at 7.40am, run al the way to AIRASIA counter and they inform " sorry sir, the other passages are already boarded and i cannot give you a boarding pass" that means ( your late and you lost your ticket) OMG!!!!
I did my best to stay cool, i ask for the next plan to Penang, they then tell me, " sir the next plane to Penang is 11.30am ..."

"OK i will take it!" that's with a very happy tone of voice.....

"but sir, that flight is canceled, the next one you can get is the 1.40pm , you will be at Penang at 2.30pm" what the hell!!! they Potong STIM only ....

What to do, E+R=O, take it lor , Pay RM198 for the ticket and now i have to wait at the airport all alone till noon.

well, the harder you get some things in life, the more enjoyable it will be.

Oh, one more thing, as i was enjoying coffee @ Coffee bean, one guy ask if he can borrow my Laptop to make a online booking for his flight back to Surabaya. his story was almost similar to me but he traveled from China to KL then to Indonesia, but he book the wrong flight ..

and it help him.... I helped a guy in need!!!

Transformers 2 (Revenge of the Fallen)

Being some of the lucky few Malaysian.. or even few people on planet earth =) we got to watch the TRANSFORMERS 2 " Revenge of the Fallen " , on the big screen at One Utama... it is Awesome!!!!

Start of a NEW class.

That's right, After one weekend rest We start again.
SCP in KL is back in action with Joey, Bryan and myself running the classes.

I have a good feeling for this seasons classes, reason because we are only 1-2 weeks after the SK & IAG Camps. I can feel the energy till at a high for my classes. This really makes me even more motivated to stretch even more.

Wonderful way to start a new Season of SCP!!!
