Updates from My Birthday.
From the Airport in Penang, i got myself into a Airport Limo that cost (RM38).
It was a 30min trip to YMCA, WOW, the driver has some funny ideas about Indian & Chinese... and his sharing this with me... ( I'm part of both!!! ) haha.
I got to the class, and SLP was Awesome!!!
here is why,
- Parents was kind to share details on how we can make the programme better.
- the Students keep participating, with super high-level energy (Even after a long day at School)
- The fact that the class has 10yrs old - 17yrs people, they still mix around.
- Some traveled from Kedah all the way to class.
After class, they gave me a surprise.. what was it, A CAKE!!!!!
OMG! Thanks too Maryam and her Family, they bake a cake in their own bakery just for me...
Super BIG, and that was good, coz we share with all the parents and the class.
Thanks everyone.
After that, i have the chance to lepak with my good friends, Chetty and Side Burn..
it was fun fill time. =)

Happy Birthday to ME!!!
We had the chance to celebrate a double Bday at home.
Its been some time, since i saw dad in a playful mood like yesterday night.
This morning, me and Soya open our eyes at 5am. got ready and made our way to KL Central.
I was suppose to get on the 6am coach to LCCT, but there were non at sight. so i waited, and waited till it was 6.45am then the coach decides to move.... HOW CAN!!!!
I got to LCCT at 7.40am, run al the way to AIRASIA counter and they inform " sorry sir, the other passages are already boarded and i cannot give you a boarding pass" that means ( your late and you lost your ticket) OMG!!!!
I did my best to stay cool, i ask for the next plan to Penang, they then tell me, " sir the next plane to Penang is 11.30am ..."
"OK i will take it!" that's with a very happy tone of voice.....
"but sir, that flight is canceled, the next one you can get is the 1.40pm , you will be at Penang at 2.30pm" what the hell!!! they Potong STIM only ....
What to do, E+R=O, take it lor , Pay RM198 for the ticket and now i have to wait at the airport all alone till noon.
well, the harder you get some things in life, the more enjoyable it will be.
Oh, one more thing, as i was enjoying coffee @ Coffee bean, one guy ask if he can borrow my Laptop to make a online booking for his flight back to Surabaya. his story was almost similar to me but he traveled from China to KL then to Indonesia, but he book the wrong flight ..
and it help him.... I helped a guy in need!!!
COOL!!!!

I have a good feeling for this seasons classes, reason because we are only 1-2 weeks after the SK & IAG Camps. I can feel the energy till at a high for my classes. This really makes me even more motivated to stretch even more.

HAKA!!! Te Rauparaha's War Chant .
If you've seen a rugby match, you could have witnessed the haka.expecialy if its the ALL Black form New Zealand.
The term haka refers generically to all Maori dance but has now come to mean the Maori dance repertoire where the men are in front and women lending vocal support at the back.
War chant and challenge
But with the All Blacks promoting one version of the haka which starts with the chant "Ka mate, ka mate (It is death, it is death"), it is this haka, called Te Rauparaha's haka (so named after its perceived traditional origins) that most people, particularly rugby union football fans, know as the haka.
This version of the haka is both war chant and challenge and is customarily performed by the All Blacks before major games against non-New Zealand teams.
It is characterised by loud chanting, much aggressive flailing of arms and stomping of feet, fierce looks and, in the end, an angry sticking out tongues.
Te Rauparaha
Te Rauparaha (1768-1849), chief of the Ngati Toa tribe and one of New Zealand's last great warrior chiefs. Te Rauparaha cut a swathe from the Waikato to the South Island where his followers killed both European settlers and southern Maori.
His haka is said to have actually originated during a time Te Rauparaha was fleeing from his enemies, hid in a sweet potato field one night and by morning awoke to be told by a hairy chief that his enemies had gone. He then performed his victorious haka.
Ka mate, ka mate
The words of Te Rauparaha's haka (1810) used by the All Blacks:
- Ka mate, ka mate
Ka ora, ka ora
Tenei te tangata puhuruhuru
Nana i tiki mai whakawhiti te ra
Upane, upane
Upane kaupane
Whiti te ra.
These words are translated as:
- It is death, it is death
It is life, it is life
This is the hairy man
Who caused the sun to shine again for me
Up the ladder, up the ladder
Up to the top
The sun shines.
Please leave a comment or share about your personal way you get pump-up.
