Many of you will know that I’m a biker type of guy (not from the looks) because i own motorbikes and not a car. Well I do enjoy riding, it gives you that happy feeling with the wing in your face and open view (must have)
still there are some days that i just wish I was not on a bike, Like when its super Rainy and your rushing to somewhere (getting wet is not always fun). and those times when you wanted to bring more than 1 person out with you... not all a good thing to have a bike.. only.
That is why i when out SHOPPING.... not what you will expect to do in a mall, but more to checking websites for a well price, good looking (2door) and road worthy car. A car is another Bike with extra 2 more wheels and many more steel panels around it with doors and a much bigger engine.. not that much different to a bike right... yeah right (HEHE)
So after so so so .... sososososo..sososososos...soooooooooooooooooo (you get the point) long.. I finally got one.
This here is a Mitsubishi Cordia 1.6, a 4 speed Manual (this means its only have 4 gears) and a special thing about the gears are also it has a high speed gear and a economy gear (like a turbo stick or something). it’s a front wheel drive and its older then me by a year (1984). Even with the age of this car, body is still pretty good and the engine is running great. The air-conditioning is super cold (thanks to dad for helping me with that, I was super busy with work).
What are the future plans for this car???
- 1st will be to make sure all is well with the car so doing a service for the engine will be good
- not sure but next will be to get the suspensions check out and maybe change all 4 sides to have a comfortable ride with still great stability.
- Will need to send the car for bodywork, to get the rust parts out and make sure the undercarriage is well protected..
- Colour for the car, Ya'tze like's the old colour (abit of gold-ish like that)
- maybe even put somebody kit on it and make it look pimp-out!!! yeah man!
- yeah, maybe add in a DVD player with some speakers to enjoy some radio time (it’s been so long) hehe
Well, it’s going to be a work in progress.... will update more when more work was done. till then thanks for reading.
